December 2024 marked the beginning of Building 4 Our Future projects! After fundraising, we had the rewarding opportunity to collaborate with Printera, a cutting-edge 3D printing company, to create custom 3D printed concrete planters for donation to the Habitat for Humanity homes being dedicated in December. Through this partnership, we combined innovative technology to produce beautiful, eco-friendly planters to give Habitat for Humanity homeowners a unique addition to their new homes while also promoting sustainability through 3D printing. We then delivered the planters and filled them with some beautiful plants as a surprise for the new homeowners, making a house feel like a home, right before the holidays. It was also a great way to bring us together with Habitat for Humanity to appreciate what we can do with 3D printed architectural structures and discuss future sustainability projects.
